Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any make-up, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging.   

Swimwear, panties, and lingerie intimates are NOT eligible to be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Clearance and final sale items are NOT eligible to be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We do not offer refunds or exchange items with the exception of defective items. If you receive a defective item(s), please e-mail us at   info@royallycurved.com  AND: 

  • - In the subject line, write "DEFECTIVE ITEM";
  • - Within the body of your email, please include:  
  • *at least two (2) pictures of the defective item(s);
  • * your order number; AND
  • * inform us if you would like us to ship a new item or issue a refund. 

Once your item(s) is received, you will be issued a code for the value of your original item(s) to be used for Store Credit. 





When returning, we recommend using a traceable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for shipping charges.
